1. Expand the Training Needs Form II section.
  2. Click Create Training Needs Form II button to open the form.
  3. Coordinate with the Training Coordinator from HR to know the correct school year to provide.
  4. Check the Skills summary and the TNF-I summary.
    Note: You have to ensure that the TNF-I summary is complete-- i.e., all personnel of your department have created a TNF-I.
  5. If the TNF-I summary is complete, you may now fill up the form appropriately. You may add program(s) as many as you want/needed for your department.
  6. Click Create TNF II button to create your Training Needs Form II.
  7. Check the created TNF-II for any corrections.
